Hello, Coretta!  

Julia and I wanted to extend an invitation to the local Toastmasters Clubs
to get involved with the Spring Conference in a fun way!

We are looking for friendly, helpful, cheerful local Toastmasters!  As
Registration Committee workers, we are setting up the schedule for
volunteers to help with Registration and hosting our Hospitality Suite.  The
shifts are less than two hours each, and volunteers will get to meet and
mingle with Toastmasters from all around our District.  I am attaching a
copy of the schedule we are planning.

Could you please forward this message to our local clubs, asking interested
volunteers to contact me?  This is a great chance for both new and
experienced Toastmasters to expand their Toastmasters experience!  Thank you
for your help!
